Strategic advisory built from global industry leadership and hands-on experience.

RGM brings the perspective of someone who has built and led the work — not just advised on it.

What We Do

RGM brings senior operating judgment to moments where the path is complex, the risk is unclear, or the organization needs to move faster. We help companies translate scientific and regulatory complexity into actionable product, claims, evidence, launch, portfolio, and transformation decisions — so teams can align, act, and move forward with confidence. Built from experience leading the work — not just advising on it.

Our Promise

What the requirement means for the product, the claim, the evidence package, the launch plan, the organization, and the business decision.

For decision-makers: we translate complex regulatory and scientific requirements into clear, actionable guidance that can be used inside a real organization — to make decisions, align stakeholders, and move forward with confidence.

For regulatory & scientific teams: RGM helps teams strengthen their role as strategic partners to the business — improving how decisions are framed, how risks are communicated, how priorities are set, and how regulatory work is connected to business outcomes.

The Founder

Raquel Mura, Founder of RGM Life Sciences

Raquel Mura

Founder & Principal

RGM is led by Raquel Mura, a global regulatory, scientific, and transformation executive with decades of leadership experience inside major life sciences and consumer healthcare organizations — including Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, Sanofi R&D North America, Reckitt, and Pfizer Nutrition.

Over her career she has built and led a global regulatory organization of approximately 170 colleagues, directed R&D operations representing more than 2,000 scientists, led regulatory due diligence and integration across major consumer health transactions, and delivered a first-in-class Rx-to-OTC switch. Her work spans regulatory affairs, R&D operations, innovation and new product development, claims and evidence strategy, and digital and AI transformation.

That breadth — regulatory, scientific, commercial, and organizational — is unusual in a single advisor, and it shapes how RGM approaches every client question: not as an isolated regulatory issue, but as a business decision with product, evidence, launch, and organizational implications.

She is also a member of the faculty at Rutgers University, teaching Fundamentals of Regulatory Affairs in the Master of Science and Master of Business and Science programs, and advising graduate students preparing for careers in regulatory and life sciences.
